2025-09-30 - End of expense reimbursement period for previous benefit
Submitting Expenses
We use Health Equity & Wage Works (now acquired by Health Equity) for benefit administration services with Two Sigma’s benefit plan. There is a mobile app called EZ Receipts, which is a tool that we use ontop of these services for easier reimbursement handling.
An expense must have an itemized receipt/invoice, which shows the following information:
- Provider/Merchant name & address
- Date of service and purchase
- Description of the production/service
- Amount paid

2025-09-27- I submitted my claims for NJ Behavioral Health by going to UHC, selecting my provider, downloading all the documents and then merging the PDFs. I merged the PDFs by opening up one of the PDFs and then copying all the other PDFs and pasting it in the thumbnail view, and then manually going through all the pages and only keeping the pages that showed the itemized receipts.2025-09-27- I submitted my claims for Harmony Bay Wellness by selecting both Harmony Bay as well as Harmony Bay Welness for the providers and looking at the EOB for the last year and then manually submitting each file instead of merging them since these weren’t as many files.2025-09-27- Same as Harmony Bay Welness for Spear Physical Occupational Therapy2025-09-27- There were about 5 providers that spanned 9 service dates that I ended up chunking together in one submission.2025-09-27- Ended up buying FSA eligible items ~3300 USD and submitting those claims.
