Just out of my meteor conversation with Maxim. Today is June 24, 3:40 PM. Meeting started at at 1: PM.m. Maybe slightly a couple minutes late, that’s not that important. Start out from general phrase about like, he knew I was put in a difficult position about the work I did for the ME agent takeout project. as well as the other stuff and being on terms of having for handling all the support burden, all these possible issues that come up in very complex to the dog environments. We spoke about ways to make this better, all of it kind of resounded around having more smaller manageable tasks, updates, talking to the right people, taking advantage, um, looping other people in. These are all like ways maximum suggestive for possibly reducing the P X burden. I did indicate that I wanted to spend more time on the Gentic AIME work. Maximosed two possible expectives, which is one have like a to kate available outside of the team, and two has I have two turnkey solutions… What else was there? There was a lot of stuff going on. A lot of conversations on management style. You know, I did it on my way of. Yeah, I did it on my way up, like, kind of suggesting it, but maybe, like, stepping around it a little bit. Um. I don’t think I got anything positive back from that. So let me think about the main takeaways. Main takeaways was I got my new goals. I have a lot of expected items, two stretch items. A lot of the expected items, though, do seem pretty maintainable, but maybe like a couple days to a week worth of work. So I need to kind of just do them, start tracking them, seeing what completion looks like. I think the other side of this is the direction I want to go and what I want to pursue and how I want to approach this stuff. I have to get by in from Maxim getting by in from Maxim is hard. I’m not really sure what the answer for that one is there. I think I walked through from a meeting feeling generally OK. Unfortunately, I spoke so much. I believe that I’m being tired. Yeah. Um. What else is there? I’m looking through my documents are now. Okay. Yeah.
