Appointment

NEW PATIENT with Jonathan Gordon, MD

Scheduled: Jan 20, 2025 at 2:25 PM to 3:45PM, EST

Location: 55 East 34th St 3rd Floor NEW YORK NY 10016

Notes

  • Nurse practitioner asked for my symptoms to check with the doctor whether I need an xray or not.
  • Got xray papers and went down to first floor to get xrays. Was able to get xray within a minute of sitting down, and back into a patient room within 5 minutes of returning my xray completion papers to the front office.
  • Doctor told me I had splondylilolthesis and that it was genetic. He told me my L5 lumbar region is slightly elevated which puts more pressure on my disks and can cause them to slip. He believes I should do a month of PT at a frequency of three times a week and then we’ll reasses. Potentially needing an MRI at that point if it persists and surgery being the last option.
