- Had a telehealth appointment today at 11:40am
- Discussed 30 XR + 10 IR Adderall not being effective enough and finding myself feeling depleted at 7pm
- Mentioned the FDA studies showing patients with >165lb taking the 60mg dosage and myself being 6’2 at 235lb being well above that.
- I asked for potentially a 30IR AM + 20IR PM, but Henrietta prefers the XR and suggested 30XR AM + 15IR PM. However, I mentioned that the reason I currently take 30XR AM + 10IR AM was because I found the effectiveness in the morning to not be sufficient, so we landed on taking 40XR AM + 10IR PM.
- Got clarification that indeed you can get 3 30 day prescriptions before requiring another appointment, however on Harmony Bay’s system they must see an appointment booked before they provide any more prescriptions.
