EzReceipts was formerly WageWorks and is under the HealthEquity umbrella for health administration. You can input your receipts for FSA claims in the EzReceipt App and on their website, however to make adjustments to your transit benefits, i.e. adjusting how much you put in your monthly transit plan from your benefits, you have to use the app.
Commuter Benefits
The commuter benefits has been combined with there FSA under the purple HealthEquity card. You need to go to the HealthEquity website for EzReceipts and then hit the back arrow because it automatically puts you in the FSA view and select Transit →Place Transit Order. Once there, you can select any transit provider and select the commuter card (stored value card) product option, this will be directly accessible under your existing HealthEquity purple visa.
