Convinced him to not waste a vacation day on the asshole landlord and instead just move out on Saturday, which he agreed and told landlord he was moving out on Saturday and then didn’t hear back

Stemmed from most recently working until 2am into Saturday and only stopping when Yazan and Kevin pressured him to
Mentioned I believe this helping is leading to worse long term outcomes because without any attention the underlying issues are not being prioritized and his teammates might feel pressured to work like him
