Spent the evening on Discord chatting and playing Fortnite
Mentioned he had blocked Sue on Instagram and unfollowed her about 2 hours earlier (~6pm after work)
Went to Karate around 9pm to say hi since he hadn’t been in a while, then came back and played Fortnite with me and others
Said he’d be working this Sunday because he agreed to take on some work for his friend Francis in events
I advised this was probably not a great idea since he’s now signaled to his manager/company that he’s capable of filling that role when needed

Chatted from 5:30-7pm
Discussed what occurred last Monday and his situation with Sue
Kevin better understood the Yazan situation and was able to articulate his positions with Sue and seeing things through
He ended up not going snowboarding with Sue yesterday because she backed out, but is saying potentially going next Friday
Spoke about Kai and why he only went to the bar for half an hour

2 hour conversation - I checked in because I felt he was irritated Saturday night after we laughed at his painting
Said he was fine but more disgruntled that the night hadn’t gone as expected for painting and meeting people
Asked his advice on “wanting to do it” when it comes to doing activities and pushing past his discomfort

Spoke soon after a painting activity he had signed up for
Best friend Rajin had recommended it as a good place to meet women after going with his girlfriend and noticing single women there
I challenged this since my experience had been mostly couples, but Medo who joined the week prior also said he saw a lot of single women
The couple Kevin was supposed to be paired with didn’t show up, so he got added as a third wheel to another couple and their parents
Spoke with them a bit but not much, generally felt awkward and unsatisfied with the event
Very happy with his painting though - a glow in the dark starry night with the moon over a skyline of the sea and mountains
His sister complimented it and I said it turned out nice too
Posted the original reference painting in the chat as well - Yazan saw the original first and thought Kevin did it, said it was “amazing”, then called Kevin’s actual paintings shit
We all laughed but I sensed it irritated Kevin

Spoke on Discord right after the Simi & Ikjyot Gill bachelor party planning call
Vented about feeling agitated and left out during the call with Simi and Ikjyot
Kevin gave helpful advice, said I’m thoughtful and caring - especially the caring part helped since I sometimes feel like an asshole because of lashing out
Kevin shared awkwardness he’s been experiencing at work with social interactions and wanting to improve
Discussed strategies together for navigating those social situations

Completed his M1 written motorcycle test - was happy about it
Was optimistic about further opportunities with his love interest Sue Kanna (Instagram: suekannan)
I reviewed his messages with Sue and gave honest feedback: all she’d agreed on was that relationships are tough and she didn’t want to go on a date
The other niceties were just pleasantries, nothing concrete
Advised he shouldn’t leave a connection open based on that, especially given his lack of ability to focus

Called regarding selling Iren and some other investments and then consolidating. Was interested to talk about that process, his final meeting with his therapist and Yazan motivating him by essentially calling him lazy via “idk how you can just do nothing” (he was using it as motivation but I sensed some irritation) and wanting to prove him wrong

Reached out to me to talk after he had missed his therapist appointment
Spoke to him that afternoon and he was just going over potentially going every two weeks instead of every week to therapy because it was expensive and because he wasn’t getting a chance to apply everything he was being told.
Has his internal surgery tomorrow, which I believe to be just an endoscopy of his esophagus because he had indicated he has a hard time eating without water and generally has a smaller throat.
