- TS mentor met him after last time seeing him in February
- Spent most of the time talking about how awful Maksim was, showed him a DM where he essentially forced me to do the entire packet including the prompts for the stakeholders
- Kyle mentioned his own experiences and said he felt truly awful that people like him were within TS
- Kyle was talking about one of his reports who was going from L3→L4 in two years. Said quick promo but the whole year he was told if he had finished these projects he’d be able to go up and he did finish them. He apparently did need to get some help when navigating a few conflicts between multiple different teams and this was being used against him by Kyles manager as communication issues and potentially English being his second langauge
- Kyle said he still pushed his packet through and will live through the consewuences. He did give insight that his manager might not want to promote him not because of quotas but because of it being a quick promo and setting a bad precedent. Where too quick promos would mean too quickly reaching the next level and potentially being paid that much more quicker (speculation)
