When asked if he had any obligations to JupyterCon he said he’d have to check travel but sounds promising

Very unproductive conversation with Maksim today. At 3:43pm he asks me about JupyterLab Claude Code integration that I proposed and then kept badgering me with technical questions until at ~4:30pm I had to essentially ask how these questions relate to any potential blockers or work priorities. Maksim ignores me twice when asked and continues to pester me to answer his question instead of accepting the proposed solutions of waiting for the source code to be made available along with docs and/or setting up a team discussion so we can disseminate knowledge instead of this happening in a DM.
Maksim being the completely unproductive, hostile, aggressive and petty human being he is continues to push forward and makes thinly veiled threats around how to prioritize when his manager asks a question. It ended with Maksim wasting my time and never answering my question for why he would like to know this information. It was a completely terrible and sour experience.

Ontop of being on support, creating the prototype to get agents running, also do my work of “running this self hosted model”

“Hey man me and DP got a ton of other responsibilities too” in response to me asking to be taken off the support rotation for this project because MIG said earlier “Let me make it very clear, incase it wasn’t already. 125% of your time should be on this projec, understood? Managers, that’s for you, go ahead and adjust accordingly to accommodate that.”
