Lessons

  • Duplicate-buy risk is real: trip 2’s return was an AIRism cotton T already owned. Cross-check inventory before re-ordering staples (rule recorded in Clothing Sizing & Fit).
  • The in-store receipts capture SKUs but not colors — the pink long-sleeve went unrecorded for two months as a result. Photograph or note colors at purchase time.
